About
I started in 2010 maintaining PHP applications at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Since then I've been CTO at two startups, a lead developer at US agencies, and today a tech lead delivering enterprise platforms for universities and industrial clients.
These days I lead delivery of enterprise platforms end to end — architecture, prototypes, team coordination, and production releases — for clients in higher education and industry, working remotely with teams across the Americas.
What I bring isn't just code: it's judgment — knowing what to build, what to cut, and how to get a team to ship it on time.

Faculty-management platform for Universidad Continental centralizing faculty data university-wide — roles & permissions, audit logging, admin tooling. Led delivery from TDR analysis and a navigable prototype through implementation.
Plant-maintenance mobile + web app for Mission Produce Perú — 16 mobile and 22 web screens connecting field technicians with SAP-PM, designed and delivered end to end.
LTI 1.3 integrations and sync systems around Canvas LMS for universities — automated enrollment pipelines, external-tool management, and API-driven course provisioning.
Led the migration of a large legacy Java application to a modern React app at Santex — launched on schedule with measurably better performance and user experience.
